What is your turnaround time?
For CD Duplication, our turnaround for orders up to 500 CDs submitted before 5pm will be ready the next business day. We offer same day duplication services for orders completed before 10am up to 500 CDs.
Regular turnaround for bulk CD services is 2-3 business days per 1,000 copies.

What are your shipping and pickup options?
We offer local pickup for free to customers in the Memphis, TN and DeSoto County, MS area. Local pickup can be scheduled once you receive notification that your order is ready. Local pickup hours are between 9am and 9pm CST.
For those not in the Memphis, TN or DeSoto County area, we ship via USPS and FedEx. For orders up to 400 copies, the shipping fee is $20 anywhere in the USA. For 500 – 1000 copies, the shipping fee is $40 anywhere in the USA. For any orders over 1000 copies, please talk with your WPU representative.
Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days. However, we do not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
What forms of payment do you accept and what is your payment policy?
We accept cash for local pickup orders, and also Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, Zelle Pay, Credit Cards and Debit Cards.
All graphic design orders under $450 must be paid in full before services are rendered. No Exceptions.
All CD orders less than 5000 CDs fully packaged must be paid in full before services are rendered. For 5000 CDs fully packaged ($2500) 75% of the full payment is due before services are rendered. The remaining balance is due before the package is handed off.
How do I submit my music?
After you place your order, you will be transferred to the upload form. Your files must be in MP3 or WAV format and be clearly labeled with the song name and track number. If your files are more than 1GB, please use wetransfer.com and submit your project to order@wepressup.com. Make sure you include your name, the name of the album, and the track order.
How do I submit my Artwork?
Your CD artwork must be .jpg, .png or .pdf files. The exact specs for your CD Artwork must be as follows:
- 5×5 inches or 1500×1500 pixels
- At least a 1/8 inch bleed all around
- 300 DPI
- CMYK color
If you have ordered a CD Artwork design with your order, you may skip this step and just upload your music files.
Will my cds be packaged or on cd spools?
For orders placed with sleeves and inserts, your CD order will be fully packaged when you receive them.
